Paperbackswap.com One of the great resources I've discovered that aids me in finding good, wholesome books is Paperbackswap.com .  Thanks to the recommendation from a fellow blogger years ago, I've used the site to get some awesome reads, often ones that are hard to find.  So if you're looking for a way to find that elusive Christian biography that's out of printing, need to save a few bucks on books, or just want to help others get Christian titles, take a look at Paperbackswap! He Is (The Names of God) This incredible, inspiring video was produced by the Ellerslie Mission Society .  It may be eleven minutes, but it's worth every minute!  The video focuses on the many names of God and is very well done.  Take some time to slow down and ponder the majesty of our God. Beyond the Mask movie and what I'm up to

Things have been a bit quieter on the blog recently and with good reason.  I (Joanna) have been working on something that God has placed in my lap and it's been such a joy to see Him work through it!  You can check out the details on The Rebelution's site , but here's a hint: I’ve had the privilege of working with Burns Family Studios, started by two homeschooling families with a passion for reaching others for Christ through high quality movies, and it’s been a complete joy to do so.  This is an amazing example of young people doing hard things — through filmmaking — for the glory of God. And not only filmmaking, but top quality, Hollywood quality filmmaking! This is too good of a movie to not tell you about. Click here to read the rest of the article!

Love & Singleness

Is there a more expected, and kind of awkward, day of the entire year to talk about love? And singleness? Probably not. But you, my lovelies, have requested that we talk a little bit more about love. And guys, relationships, God and singleness. And I'm glad you asked, because it's well-worth talking about. Whether you are single and happy, longing for the future, or struggling to trust God with your relationship status - or all of the above - how do you honor God and live out your full self when you feel you have a heart full of love and no one to give it to? Or when you're lonely...again? Or simply left out? There's no magic formula. And I'm not pretending I know all the answers. But one of the most important things for me remember is simply this: God has good plans.  He hasn't forgotten you. He chose you and then gave everything he had to rescue and win you. You are precious to him. You can offer your heart as a sacrifice to him, no m
